Day 1: PARIS / SANCERRE (205 km)

Meeting in our Paris location where you will feel formalities for the motorcycle rental

Now, it’s time to go South!

National 7, 996 km long - the name of the famous game of the 1000 kilometer marker would refer to this distance - from the zero point inscribed in stone on the front of the Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral.

Then Nemours, Montargis, Briare with stop to the canal-bridge.

This work, inspired by the famous engineer Gustave Eiffel.

Arrival in Sancerre.

Departure to Pouilly sur Loire famous for its wine “Pouilly Fume”.

We leave the Cher to enter the Nievre department.

Another feature of Pouilly sur Loire: it is located midway between the river mouth and the source of the Loire.

La Charite sur Loire which the Church Notre Dame is listed by UNESCO "World Heritage Site under the road to St Jacques de Compostela in France" on the road to Vezelay.

Nevers, Magny-Cours renowned for his Circuit which runs many Grand Prix and motorcycle championships.

Road toward Moulins, Lapalisse et Roanne.

Today getaway by the Beaujolais. We leave the N7 to "go up" to Beaujeu capital of Beaujolais before "come down" to Villefranche sur Saône and Condrieu on the right bank of the Rhone. Excellent land for one of the best appellation of Côtes du Rhône white wines.

Stop and possible wine tasting in a wine cellar.

After joining the N7 to Auberive on Vareze, we go down quietly to Valence with a stop and wine tasting in famous Condrieu appellation.

We follow the Rhone River via Montelimar

Visit a nougat factory, local specialty

Pierrelatte, Bollene, Mornas, Piolenc and stop at the museum dedicated to the N7.

Again, little twist to the course to admire the view from the "Giant of Provence
"le Mont Ventoux from Malaucene to Bedoin.

Mont Ventoux watches over a region where have written beautiful pages in the history of cycling, where the landscape is lavender, where the vine matures immune to this bald sentinel. Mont Ventoux is also a land of flavors of truffles, cherry from Mont de Venasque, strawberries from Carpentras...

Day 5: MAZAN / SAINT MAXIMIN (144 km)

Departure for a highlight of Provence: l’Abbaye Notre Dame de Senanque.

Continue to one of the most beautiful villages in France: Gordes

Another curiosity of Provence. Did you know that we also have a "Colorado"? You’ll find it in Roussillon.

We return to the N7 through the beautiful roads of the Luberon National Park.

Cadenet, Rognes, Saint Cannat. Before arriving in Aix you pass the "Totem" one of the oldest gas stations of the N7.

Aix en Provence after which you drive along the south side of the mountain Ste Victoire.

Ste Victoire made world famous by the paintings of Paul Cézanne and his egg deposits ... of dinosaurs!
Shortly after Chateauneuf-le-Rouge you leave the Bouches du Rhône and enter the Var.

Arrive in Saint Maximin with its royal monastery and basilica, the largest Gothic building in the southeast of France, third tomb of Christendom after Jerusalem and Saint Peter in Rome.

Day 6: SAINT MAXIMIN / CANNES (225 km)

Departure for a getaway in the Verdon magnificent scenery.

Barjols, Taverne, Quinson et Moustier Saint Marie city renowned for its pottery. Visit the museum of Earthenware.

You will take the beautiful road to the Verdon gorges that reveal their splendid landscape between Aiguine and Comps sur Artuby. Return on N7 in le Muy.

Crossing the Esterel mountain range and arrival in Cannes. Motorcycle drop off
